3. What is warranty time?
One year. Free parts replacement will be offered if there is any problem during warranty time.

4. How can you ensure the quality of bikes?
We have a complete QC system. Firstly, we test all the components purchased before use; secondly, we have quality control during every step in the production process; last but not least, we’ll check all the performance features of our products after they are fully assembled, including road testing before packing.

5. Can I put my logo on the electric bike and change configuration for the electric bicycle?
Yes, electric bike, mountain bike, city bike, fold bike, fat tires bike MOQ for OEM logo will be 50pcs. We can change configuration as per your exact requirement.

6. What is your lead time?
Depends on your ebikes order quantity. 3-5 days for ebikes sample order. 20-25days for container order.

7. What is your payment term?
Usually will be T/T, Paypal, also welcome Made in China trade assurance order.

8. What value-added services will you provide online distributors with?
First of all, we could provide you with a wide range of marketing materials to show the advantages of our products.
